Farsheed Azad MSc MCSE - President
& Chief Executive Officer
Farsheed has over 20 years of broad-based IT experience gained
exclusively in support and service companies. His experience
encompasses various aspects of dealing with a wide range of
IT projects of varying business needs and emphasis.
In ten years of employment with Data Logic (A Raytheon Company),
he led and managed major projects with clients such as Coopers
& Lybrand, Price Waterhouse and Chevron. He was also responsible
for the setting up and running of a very successful help desk
for Data Logic in 1992-1993.
Farsheed Azad provides vision and leadership to PC Helpline while ensuring moral and ethical dimensions for a “higher” purpose to be the guiding principles every step of the way.
He has deep commitment to serving our customers with sustained high performance.

Daniel Sturgill, BSc - Vice President,
Business Development Manager
A member of PC Helpline since 2002, Daniel functions as Vice President and maintains a broad vision and solid work ethic. Daniel oversees all operational and business directives and is the corporate primary for business development. All operational and business related managers report directly to Daniel.
Daniel brings a wealth of experience to PC Helpline. Previously, for over 14 years he held senior positions in direct support of various departments of the federal government. Daniel had been in charge of various computer support teams serving the Department of Defense, Department of Agriculture and the United States Senate both on Capitol Hill and their stateside offices.
Prior to his days in support roles in the federal government, Daniel was a proud member of an F-14 squadron in the USN.
Trevor Nelson -
Operations Manager
Trevor joined PC Helpline in the spring of 2005 and brings
extensive real-world experience gained over 6 years as system
administrator for an award winning hosting company. Trevor
played a key technical role overseeing network security, backup
strategies and TOS fault isolation.
Trevor’s customer service and management skills has
helped him rise through the ranks of PC Helpline support technicians
to become our operations manager. Responsible for day-to-day
operations of the contact center. Despite his management duties,
Trevor never hesitates to jump on a call or respond to end
user support issues. He is a model example of a front line
support technician to the rest of the team.
Adam Azad - Accounts Manager
Adam has over 6 years of experience
in the IT industry. He started with PC Helpline in early 2003.
He plays a leadership role by ramping up new contracts, account
and relationship management with our customers and providing
high level technical support to a variety of end users.
Adam’s background is quite diverse and his skill set
includes account and customer relations and project management, desktop
support, hosting support, connectivity support, web and graphics
design and programming.
Sean Dwyer- Help Desk Manager
Sean Dwyer has over ten years experience
providing Windows desktop support to individuals, small businesses
and institutions. He has worked as an independent consultant,
a retail store technician and as a call-center technical support
representative. His background as an educator has given him
excellent explanatory skills and exceptional patience. Since
joining PC Helpline in spring 2004, Sean has dedicated himself
to gaining the knowledge and experience necessary to provide
quality support to our clients. Sean has become a valuable
support technician to the team.
